12 Days of Christmas – With a Twist

I’ve always loved the a capella style of music – you know, where there aren’t any musical instruments and the harmonies are created by voice.
I recently came across the following video and just loved it. It’s a great mix of a capella with some great humour and a fantastic twist towards the end (just over half way through, where we get a mix of the 12 Days of Christmas with Toto – if you remember them.
Enjoy …..
Let me know what you think in the comments, below, and do share it if you enjoy it.

I’m Free – On a Technicality

If you’ve been following my Jail & Bail posts, this one should put your mind at ease – just in case you were worried about me.
It was, of course, all for charity and quite a lot of cash has been raised for The Rainbow Centre but the Virgin Giving page is still open if you haven’t made any donation, yet, and feel inclined to do so.
We have done really well and the target of £5000 has been exceeded – but don’t let that put you off.
Just to show that it was all in done in good spirits, here are a …

I Arrest You in the Name of………

Apparently, I’m going to get arrested tomorrow – all in the name of charity, of course, but none the less, I will be hunted down, hand-cuffed, incarcerated, finger-printed and have my mugshots take – amongst other things.
Now, the interesting thing is, this could happen anywhere.  Gnerally, the idea is that you get arrested at your place of work but, as I share an office with only two people, it seemed sensible that I should get arrested elsewhere – somewhere where there could be lots of other people around.  The question is, where will it be?
I’ve let The Rainbow Centre know …

A Little Teamwork Toilet Humour

Teamwork is one of the most fundamental contributing elements to success in practically every area of life or business. Without other people, it’s very difficult to do much more than ‘just get by’.
Think about it for a minute: What areas of life aren’t enhanced as a result of teamwork?  Your job, your business, the sports you engage in, your family – the list goes on.
But I bet you’d never have thought of this one (watch the video);

When Everything Goes Wrong

Thanks to Sorrel Forsey-Anderson for posting this on Facebook.
Clearly, this chap wasn’t the winner of a Darwin Award as he survived to tell the tale but he did get a mention as an ‘At-Risk Survivor’.  And it’s not too difficult to see why.  Anyway, on with the story;
A man was working on his motorcycle on the patio, his wife nearby in the kitchen.  While sitting on the bike and racing the engine, the motorcycle accidentally slipped into gear.  The man, still holding onto the handlebars, was dragged along as it burst through the glass patio doors. His wife, hearing the …

Beer and Taxes – Taxation Made Simple

I don’t know whether you understand the tax system, particularly the intricacies and implications that result when tax rates change, but I saw this explanation and couldn’t help but smile in enlightenment when I read it.
I’ve no idea who wrote it and I’m sure that it’s a bit of an over simplification but it does make you think.  I hope it makes you smile in enlightenment, too!
The Tax System Explained in Beer
Suppose that once a week ten men go out for beer and the bill for all ten comes to £100.
If they paid their bill the way we pay our …

A Human Ventriloquist Dummy

I’m not one for spending hours and hours on YouTube watching all kinds of videos but every now and then you come across something that’s just so funny you have to tell everyone.
Well, this one made me laugh so much I just had to  share it with anyone that would listen.
And, of course, you should feel free to share it with anyone and everyone if you agree with me.

I hope you found it as funny as I did.
Kindest regards,
Steve Bimpson
